You can accomplish this by using Patch Manager, Solarwinds Service Desk or Web Help Desk

Also SAM pulls most of this information, but you don’t want Client-Machines monitored with SAM/Orion, as they will show „down“ in the GUI when your Users shut down their machines. If you want to go down the MSP route you can also have a look at N-Central
