Incorrect status for child map
martinp
Hi
We are experiencing an issue in which the status of nodes is not being displayed on the parent map. Our basic set up is this: We have a global map, with tags for each continant. On the continant map we have tags for each country location. Then on each country we have a tag for each site.
I have a server down in london. This is highlighted as down on the lowest map. If I go up a level the tag for london is yellow for warning (Identifying that all devices on the actual london map are not up). If I go up to global map level it says that everything is fine, and all locations show as green indicating that there are no issues.
I have checked that the settings are all correct, and that the tag for europe has the show child status box checked. I have also confirmed that the threshold is set to 100% up (Thus if the child map is not 100% up it should reflect a warning on the parent map). This is not happening.
Can anyone offer any advice regarding this?
Regards
Martin

Martin,
curious if you got anywhere with this problem yet. I would consider it critical for the top map to show red or at least yellow so whoever is monitoring can start digging.
