Combining OIDs to make custom poller

Hey,

Is it possible to combine 2 OIDs to create and gather my own statistic? For instance, I have 2 OIDs from Cisco for my 4331 router. 1 OID is for interface bandwidth utilization as a percent of the interface bandwidth and the other is for Total Output Drops on the interface.

As an example: I want to be able to monitor how many drops I am getting on the interface as a percentage of the bandwidth utilization on the interface. So, if I am using 50 Mbps of bandwidth and I am experiencing 500,000 drops per second that would be 1%...actually I think it would be closer to 10% as I believe Output drops are measured in Bytes. Then, I could alert when the statistic reaches a certain percentage.
