Is there a way to run all of the server applications (NCM, Alert Managers, et cetera) without requiring Windows local administrator privileges on the server? If so, can anyone list more specific privileges that can be granted to make all of the server apps fully functional?
I am in the position of not having (or desiring) local administrator privileges to our Orion app server; we are trying to reserve that privilege for another team that has direct responsibility for the maintenance of the server itself (but not the application). To preserve what we believe is an appropriate separation of roles between server and network teams, we would like to see if the apps can have necessary Windows privileges enabled for complete function, but without the local admin privileges.
