NetPath hops are inacurate

Hi Members,

netpath is showing only one hop away to any final destination. it doesnt show the intermediate hops along the path from the src to dst .

i run wireshark on the source of the service probe and it is showing me that there is a device in my network that is reply by icmp time-exceeded message !

i am not sure if icmp exceeded message has to be open inbound to see devices along the path to the destination !

can anyone advice ?

Yes , the gatways in the network are blocking innound ttl exceeded message
