Custom Alert View

Hi fellow Thwackers,

Hope you are all doing well..

Does somebody know how to do a custom view wherein acknowledged, cleared, and active alerts are segregated in different tabs?

I could display all alerts, including the acknowledge/cleared ones, by checking "Show acknowledged alert" but can't seem to find the appropriate way to do the above customization. Could somebody help? Thank you very much in advance...

Hi,

You will need to use a custom query resource which will allow you to include filters for such things. Obviously you would create this three times with the appropriate filter in each.
