Moving NCM to a new server

We de-installed NCM from our primary polling engine and loaded it onto a new server where it has been working much better, but the Orion Service Manager still shows the NCM service as being loaded, but not running. Also the web log shows the errors below.

2010-10-13 03:45:19,577 [7] WARN SolarWinds.Orion.Web.Charting.ChartInfo - DataTable name is Empty, cannot calculate percentile.

2010-10-13 03:49:01,567 [7] WARN SolarWinds.Orion.Web.ResourceManager - Resource Last XX Config Changes present on view but cant be added due to resource host disabled

What additional process do I have to complete to fully remove the NCM application?

I flagged this for dev attention. Please confirm, though, that you have removed NCM on this server with Add/Remove Programs in the OS.

Hi Robert--

I checked the support logs and found something you can try:

You might have a failed wizard in the background.

Go into task manager and check the processes running
(ConfigurationWizard.exe). If the wizard is there, end the process.
If you have not tried, a restart of the server might resolve this quickly
if it's possible to do so.

When we did the de-inst we also rebooted the entire complex. First the primary, then 5 additional engines and finally the web server and it's all been restarted again since then, but the messages continue.
