This is driving me nuts. I am trying to add HTTP and HTTPS monitors to a group but the spinner just spins forever and never allow me to add any monitiors. Is this a known bug?

There are no known issues adding HTTP or HTTP User Experience Monitors (or any other SAM Component Monitor Type for that matter) to an Orion group. You may want to consider opening a support case so we can look through your diagnostics to determine what's causing the issue in your environment.
