Anyone monitoring SMTP queues with WMI ?

On our SMTP server I need to monitor the number of files in \mailroot\queue

Is the WMI property "RemoteQueueLength" under Win32_PerfFormattedData_SMTPSVC_SMTPServer the correct place to monitor this?

Yes, this is correct. I even ran a quick test to confirm this.

Hi there,

I am looking for something just like this to monitor the queue lengths of some SMTP relay servers we have. I am not good at creating monitors but how would you go about doing this? I tried creating one based on the above information but failed miserably. It is a Lotus Domino server running on server 2003. I am using Orion APM 4.0.0
