Can't stop TFTP Server for 5.5.2 upgrade

I am trying to upgrade our NCM to 5.5.2 and I get a "Files in Use" error telling me that the TFTP server application needs to be closed down for the upgrade to continue.  Can someone tell me how that is done?  I don't see it as a service and you are not able to open the SW TFTP server app once it's started.  I am logged in as an administrator.

I was able to stop the tftp-server process using Windows Task Manager, after I checked the option to "Show processes from all users"

Is there another way to do this using the tftp SW application?
