Custom threshold for Universal Device Poller

I have a poller that tracks the temperature of UPS units. The temperature of some of the units run around 100. In other locations, they can run around 70. I would like to set a different threshold for the different devices. Maybe with a custom property?

BTW… I am a bit of a dreaded newbie. But getting up to speed.

Correct that there is no built in function for individual thresholds on UNDP objects, but you could accomplish what you need with a node custom property, just create something like 'TempThreshold' and set your alert logic to trigger when custom poller with uniquename like 'yourtempundp' and statistic >= Tempthreshold

Works once you select a "Double value comparation" as "actual trigger condition".
