Unknown Devices w/ Correct SNMP Settings (NTM 2.2 RC)

I have several devices that show "unknown", even though they respond to the SNMP settings I have in the discovery. These devices are also already monitored by Orion (NTM is running on the Orion front-end), too. What's the best way to resolve this?

What type of devices are these?

A few different models of the Cisco Catalyst 3560 switches.

Those should definitely work. And you're saying that NTM exists on the same server that is successfully polling and identifying with NPM? If that's the case, opening a Support ticket is probably the best option: SolarWinds Customer Support - We're Here to Help
