Weird Chart Report display name

I've noticed that our chart reporting is adding one of our workstations' name and i don't know where to find it in order to remove from the report created. I already checked the display name from the data series name and there was no workstation name included. Please see below screenshot

Upon transferring some of my workstation, I've noticed that they are also added to the nodes which are added on that poller.

Is there any hotfix for this please? Or am i the only one who got this error?
