Need help with a line card report

I need to know the available ports on Cisco Catalyst 65XX line cards. I'd like an easy what to report on each line card in my switches and tell me the number of ports that are either disabled or not connected. We are looking for way to notify us when the # of available ports on a line card go below a certain threshold.
