NCM Login to devices with username and key file, not password

It would be nice to have the ability to have NCM login to devices through a username/key-file, rather than username/password, to increase security.

Are you talking about RSA-Secureid-type security?

not tokens, no, but public/private key technology, yes.

If you want to logon (SSH) to a server, you can use RSA/DSA key files, instead of username/password - It was the same idea with this, rather than passing a username/password to the devices, can we pass a username/file instead?

..sorry it's a bit "fluffy", we're still using username/passwords here (but want to move away from passwords ASAP).
