I'm just starting to look at SAM for monitoring some Postgres servers, I've added the Template but would like to also monitor replication.
Can anyone give me some pointers or links to show how to add this into the exiting template?

You will want to add a component type of ODBC User Experience Monitor to your Postgres template. You want to construct the SQL query in such a way that the first row, first column is a number and the first row, second column in an associated message.
