Windows boot and login times

Wondering if there is a way with Solarwinds SAM to record, monitor and alert on boot and windows login times? We are experiencing a large call volume from users that state it takes a long time to log into windows.

Any help would be great.

Is this information being logged somewhere ? As in under 'System' Logs in Event viewer ? If you could find this information under the logs you could apply 'Windows Event Log monitor' available in SAM to monitor those specific Event ID's
