Integrating Orion with Outside Monitoing Service

We are in the process of setting up a multi-point outside monitoring service that will check all of the entry points of our network from multiple locations around the world. The service we are currently considering is Pingdom.

I am curious if anybody has any experiencing integrating Pingdom or any other similar outside monitoring service with Orion?
