[npm] CPU average is 0% ?

Hi there, excuse if this was discussed before.

So anyways, I do reports for various Windows servers that report their CPU usage via SNMP.

I notice that even if they are mostly active, I see Max CPU showing some figures (50%, 90% etc) but the average for random servers every month can appear to be Avg: 0%

My teammates do point that out to me during meetings and it's quite a head-scratcher.

Is there something that wasn't set or perhaps it's a bug that can be catched? Thanks in advance!

Just to add: The reports that are showing this 0% figure is on the HTML report, as well as the Report Writer software. I pull "last months" data usually for this.

Was the node with a 0% avg down or unmanaged during that whole month maybe? Are you getting current SNMP stats or is the data showing up stale?
