Web Interface: menu bar missing

After the upgrade to 8.5, the menu bar is missing from the top of most of my web interface.

The menus are there for my DASHBOARD page, but when I follow any of the links for other views... no menu.

There's an ISAPI filter called URLRewrite.dll that's supposed to take care of this. Yours is apparently not functioning. You should probably open a support ticket.
