How do I check if a certificate is valid or not?

I was updating my CV, and decided to put a link to check the validity of a certificate. After my exam, I received a certificate immediately but the certificate does not have a number on it. on the certification page at Network Certification | SolarWinds Certified Professional - SolarWinds, there is a link, to SolarWinds: Certificate Verification - CertMetrics. Where do I found the verification code to be able to use the validity tool?

Has anybody tried it yet?

Furthermore, what is my SCP number, if any; is it my SW number ... SWI00010080

Your SCP number is in the form SCPXXXX, and you're also assigned a 10 digit verification code. These should be included in your completion email and will be printed on your framed certificate. The SWI number is internal and not necessary for verification.
