Configuration display issue

I have an issue with the configs showing up in the Cirrus Configuration Management GUI. If I right click on a device and select "download config" the Config transfer status window indicates that the config download was successful but when I look at the device in the right pane, I do not see any configurations. This is happening to all my devices, I have a job running at 1am every night and if I look at the devices I do not see any configurations. The job log shows some errors on some devices but a lot of the devices are successful, yet when I look for the config under those successful device name there is none. What could be causing this?

Are you looking for configs in the left-hand node list tree or in the config results report? I only ask because you made reference of the right pane.

Sorry wrong hand I did mean the left-hand node list tree.

No worries, this definitely is a peculiar issue that I've never seen before. Can you turn on session tracing (File > Settings > Session Tracing) and post a session trace for one of the devices that is saying its successful, but nothing is showing up. Go to <Cirrus install dir>\Session Trace to find the resulting trace files.

I have removed IP addresses for security reasons. After this if I look at the node list there is no configs.
