NPM Alert for High Utilization on an Interface (Including NPM Topology Info)

Hello,

 

I've created an alert that shows when a switchport interface has high utilization.  Is it possible, if so how, to add the Topology information so that I can see for example -

 

Switch1 Gi0/12 (HOSTNAME) has high utlization.

${FullName} $NPM_TOPOLOGY_VARIABLE has high utilization.

 

Anyone any clever ideas without having to hit the SQL variable route just yet?
