Is there any way to monitor Oracle database end-user experience in this scenario?

I'm trying to find the best method to get end-user experience with a remote Oracle database and it's applications. Is there a way to set this up with Solarwinds Orion (NPM & SAM)?

SAM's Oracle User Experience Monitor generates synthetic database queries against the Oracle Database Server from the Orion Server. SAM does not capture or collect real-user transaction information generated from the clients themselves.
