Launch exteral app

I am unable to get external application to launch.

Orion v8.5

Notepad is not opening up despite what the log says.

On .Net, wouldn't the core process run the program, not the logged-in user? That would mean it run, but you'd never see it.

Try having it run a cmd (batch) file that doesn something simple (and verifiable by a user) - like rename a file. I just did it on ours and it worked fine.
