NCM Version Question

I watched the latest video (about a week ago) explaining NCM and some popular features. During the video, the Nightly Config Backup job was shown with the Download Config screen. It has options to send a notification if the downloaded config is different than...

Last Config or Baseline Config or Startup Config.

I only have options for Last Config or Baseline Config. I'm running 5.5.2 SP1 which I thought was the most current.

Why don't I have the option for the "different than Startup Config"?
