Windows Installed Software Report

Hi,

I wish to use a Cirrus report for list ALL the installed software. I run a Solarwinds report and expect the result by mail.

When i launch the report in Cirrus the report lists all the installed software, but the result in the mail is really different, i didn't have all the software but only a few of them.

Have you any idea how to have a mail with the true result of the report ?

We run Cirrus 3.5 March 2007.

I'd recommend you upgrade to the latest version (4.0.1) because it is likely this issue was resolved in that release.
