Item Variable and Entity Array Variable Cheat Sheet?

Good afternoon (morning?) all,

I am recently getting my feet wet in the Config Change Template portion of NCM. Is there some kind of "cheat sheet" that lists all of the possible Item Variables and Entity Array Variables that can be used for advanced commands like foreach and conditional statements?
