I need a template for monitoring of SQL Server 2005, APM 2.0

Hi guys.

 I am running more than 1 instances of SQL Server 2005 on a single server, i want to monitor all servers with one template rather then create a seprate template for each instance. Currently i have 3 SQL Server instance on windows server 2003 and all instances are on different port numbers. So please guide me create a single template which will monitor all the instances. I am USING APM 2.0

You should be able to modify/copy the existing SQL Server template you're using to add the additional TCP monitors that you have configured.
