In case we have High Availability deployed and have at least 3 IP addresses.
When we are installing Agent on servers which IP to provide during agent installation in case of Agent Initiated Communication in selected.
You would use the VIP of the HA pool for the server you want the agent to register against.

Thanks Nathan for your input, I did the same and it worked.
My HA set up is across AZ in AWS and only has a Virtual host name. no VIP should just put the active server at the time?
