Grouping of interfaces within a router and switch in NMS

Dear Sir

I have a query. My router has number of interfaces. On them i have configured many lines like MPLS, PAMA etc. Now i want to group all PAMA interfaces at one place, all MPLS interfaces at one place and so on. Current scenario is that when i click on the router it shows all interfaces without any grouping. Simillarly i want it to be done for switch also.

I want it like below:

+Router

---+MPLS (After clicking on + it should list all interfaces on which only MPLS is configured)

---+PAMA (After clicking on + it should list all interfaces on which only PAMA is configured)

---+Any other grouping i want

Current Configiration

+Router

----Serail10/1/2

----Serial10/1/3

----Fastethernet0/1

----Fastethernet0/2

----and so on without any grouping of interfaces

Hi Ronit--

NPM 10.1--which is about to be in the release candidate phase--allows you to manually setup interface groups, which sounds like it's what you are looking for, feature wise. If you interested in participating in the RC program, private message Brandon Shopp (bshopp) for more info.

You can also try this via web node management
Search for the node you want in the top drop down select interfaces. This will  
only show the interfaces for the node you searched on. Then click on the header column to sort.
