Pending Approval behaviour

I did a brief test with the NCM V7 pending approval feature - very cool feature .

I was expecting that when approving the change, it would allow the requester to implement the change during a presribed (after hours) change window.

What I found was the change was implemented automatically, immediately after I approved it .

Does this mean the approver must stay up late to approve changes when they have been scheduled after business hours?

Or is there some way to delay or schedule the change once it has been approved?

I guess no one else is using this feature?!?

Managing changes is a huge thing for us, so if this approval functionality is not working as expected, then we can't use this tool for pushing out config changes after hours.

what you want is currently not implemented but I encourage you to vote for this feature in Vote for the future improvements of NCM's Change Request Approval feature.
