Cirrus Custom Report Capabilities

Is it possible to create a report that will parse through all of my devices and only report back on those interfaces that are administratively shut down, but not in VlanX? We have a requirement to make sure that all unused ports are shutdown and moved to a specific Vlan. A report like this would be verry usefull as we have several hundred devices to keep up with.
