Trying to ID Windows process that alerts when a W2K3 server grey screens

I am having some Citrix servers grey screening (can ping but cannot RDP) and have to be power cycled to get them working again.

I have created an alert based on the ImaSrv.exe service which helps, but this process can be down but the server is working fine, subsequently, I get a false positive.

I need to alert on a Windows service that can ID a true grey screened server.

I hope this makes sense. This does not happen on NON-Citrix servers.

I would track down my exact MF version, feature release and what hotfixes have been installed. I know a few years ago with Metaframe XP and W2K we had issues like this that was fixed with a feature release and subsequent hot fixes. I bet you can find a hotfix or correlating rollup or feature release that addresses your issues on support.citrix.com.
