Did SolarWinds support go on vacation?

Why does it now take so long to get a MIB imported? I have been submitting requests(for the same MIB) for 1.5 months trying to get someone over there to do something. All i get is the same guy, same dry reply and no answers.

So when does support plan to return from vacation so that we can obtain service from them?
