I am sure this is a dumb question but I need a hand. Trying to monitor our EMC Clarion disks / mount points using RPC. Can't seem to figure it out, having a brain cramp. I have the device added to NPM and it comes up as the correct device. I wanted to build a SAM template and figured it would do the trick but no luck so far. Any suggestions? Not much experience with the EMC hardware up to this point so its all new to me.
We are reviewing the storage monitoring solution by SolarWinds and so far the results have been reported back as being great. Nothing else compares with price vs. features but as with any company purchases take forever. Looking for a quick solution to hold me over until we get the storage solution in place.
