I'm still new to Orion and this is my first question. I set up a file age monitor to check the age of an error log file. I have set it up and it works fine, it alerts when the file age is less than 24 hours old. My question is, it is to only alert the requester of this alert at 7 am (which the alert itself does), but is there a way in SAM to set the Application Component to only be active from like 6:30 - 7:30 am?
From what I've seen it is always active with warning/critical status (because it seems to have an error multiple times during the 24 hour period, thus extending the less than 24 hour period), but the requester only cares to check it when they first get in for the day. My concern is another tech will acknowledge the alert and it will suppress it from going to the requester.
Is this doable in SAM 6.0? If not, is it in SAM 6.2 which we are upgrading to in a month or less?
