need help with Report Grouping variable within REPORT WRITER

i'm trying to get the actual date for the variable ${SUMMARYWEEK} - is there anyway to get this corresponding date and put it into the report?

i've tried ${Date} and ${DateTime} but they only return the current date ...not the date of the SUMMARYWEEK.

for example,

right now it shows as

Week #34

but i want it to show as

August 17 - Week #34

August 24 - Week #35

etc
