Status is Set Manually Report

I have a report configured that give me a list of all servers that are down, along with the time that they were reported down. Also, I have alerts configured that if they are above their threshold, they are set to a down status. Therefore, the report is not only giving me the down servers, but those above threshold. When I look at an individual server, I see the below screenshot. Anyone know if the "Status is Set Manually" is somewhere in the database that I can key on?

I don't think so, but if you truly want the ones that aren't responding I would pivot and leverage the response time numbers (0 for not responding, 100 for responding) and do it that way.

This works.

Just check that the message in AlertHistory is the same for you as me which is Set Custom Status

Obviously change the output columns to match your report....

So basically what this does, it gets all down nodes, then checks for any nodes that have an active alert with a message status of Set Custom Status and excludes them from the report

SELECT status, * FROM NODES

WHERE status = 2

AND NodeID NOT IN

(

SELECT ao.RelatedNodeId FROM AlertActive aa

INNER JOIN AlertHistory ah

ON aa.AlertActiveID = ah.AlertActiveID

INNER JOIN AlertObjects ao

ON ah.AlertObjectID = ao.AlertObjectID

WHERE ah.message = 'Set Custom Status'

)

ORDER BY IP_Address
