We are using Cisco 4400 series controllers and Cisco's 1252 APs in our wireless network. We are monitoring the the controllers and can see the the list of APs and sometimes I can see the clients connected. However, I am not seeing everyone connected. I can log into the controller and see the clients are connected but when looking at SW I do not see them.
This happened yesterday while in a meeting with my boss. We were both connected to the wireless network and had been for some time but when I looked in SW, I was not able to see either of us. This only thing that seems to be consistent is the fact that I do not see those that are connected.
Anyone else experience this and have a fix? Currently, I am using SW to provide up/down for these devices and have to login to the WLS or WCS to get any other information.
