Partial config download - Cirrus 3.5.1

Question

Hello,

I have one device (Cisco 7609) who's config only downloads the first ~100 lines.  There's nothing unusual about it's config compared to other routers in my network that download just fine that I can see.  It's currently set to request and receive using Telnet.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

I had it on Auto Determine originally (OID = 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.402), but have since changed it to Cisco IOS.  It still isn't downloading the complete config.  RESET hasn't been changed and is currently set to:

Value="terminal width 0${CRLF}terminal length 0"

Justin,

The issue may be related to the Reset command within the device template.   It sounds like the template does not have the appropriate command specified to gather the entire config.

Viewing the device template specified by the device will help determine if the issue is related to the Reset command.  You can view the selected device template by viewing the Node Details->Communications->Device Command Template value for the selected device?  If you have a specific template selected, then you can open the ..Program Files\SolarWinds\Configuration Management\DeviceTypes folder and open the appropriate template with a Text Editor.  Then locate the Reset command and ensure the syntax is correct.

If the Device Command Template field is set to Auto Determine, then please provide me the System OID which is also listed under Node Details.  I can help identify which template is being auto selected by Cirrus.
