Interface up time report

Has anyone made or heard of an Interface up time report? I need to make a report that will show the percentage of availability for interfaces. I would like to also have one that gave outage durations. I am not a SQL DBA and have only limited SQL abilities and this is beyond mine.

There is a pre-made report that will tell you what interfaces are down and how long they have been down, with some slight report modification for specific switches or a certain date for interface down times. This has helped me remove at least 150 cables from patch panel to stacked switches. For outage durations there is a "Availability" report that should be able to tell you %'s of uptime.
