NCM : Issue in downloading configuration file

When i start my job manually it work fine and whenever i schedule ,it never run

Do you get any errors? Can you open a ticket with out Support team to investigate further?

How are you connecting to the devices? SSH or Telnet? I've found SSH2 to be much more reliable. I think there was also an older version that had problems with this, what version are you on?
