Site-to-Site VPN Tunnels

I have added Cisco ASA device in the NPM and Site-to-Site VPN tunnels status are displayed fine ( up and down ) but it displayed with peer IP and I need to display it with host name not with peer IP.

Is it doable ?

Did you manage to resolve this as this is an issue for me as well. Really could do with a descriptive named instead of a peer IP

I m facing issue with the down status, as per security team they have remove the configuration from devices but still it's showing down in tools. What could be the reason.

I dont have a good fix for you, but I share the frustration.

Reasons maybe

- New tunnelid

- connection attempts that are being denied showing up wrong

- records getting stuck in the table

I think there's a solution possible in checking reach tunnel's data history and alerting where something that had traffic stops having traffic. Havnt figured out how to write it yet though.
