All Alert Monitor Report with Rule Details

Anybody happen to know where I can a report or file which lists ALL alert details that are setup within SolarWinds? The required information that I am being asked for should include all alert rules for every server / device in our environment, and would also be nice if it includes what email addresss the alert is sent too.

We recently lost our expert SolarWinds admin, and are in the middle of going through an internal audit in which one part includes down services alerts that we currently get notified about.

Please let me know if you happen to have an answer for me.

Not got access at the min but would be all listed in alerts > manage alerts.

so I assume there’s a table with the info in do you have swql studio installed.

Yes, we do have sql studio installed, but I don't necessarily have access to the DB at this current moment. We do have some outside consultants who are being slammed right now that do have access to the DB.

Do you happen to know where they have documentation on the tables where I can possibly piece together a query that grabs the info I am looking for? This way I can get them a query to run, otherwise it may take a little time for me to get them to query out the info I need. "Personal problem I know... But trying to speed up this internal bottle neck."

If you have an admin account in Solarwinds you shouldnt need dba's especially external ones #expensive.

there is docs out there but it is a bit of black magic.

if your ad authenticated stick your ip in server name and select Orion (v3) AD and hit connect see what happens

This will at least get you in there and have a look around

This is an Advanced Database Query (SWQL query type) that I used to create a report

This report will only display enabled alert entries with e-mail notification, but can be modified.
