Windows Service monitoring-Unexpected error occurred. Provider failure

Hi,

We have enabled the Windows services for monitoring in our Production and Development servers. I am facing the error that "Unexpected error occurred. Provider failure" in Solarwinds for one of the Production server. Same Services are working in Development server. We have assigned the same services with 2 nodes(Production1 and Development1) Servers but it is getting failed in production server alone.

Please let us know for this cause and how to solve this.

I recommend opening up a support case with our support team on this to investigate further.

There are a few different potential causes and this issue is best to troubleshoot during a screenshare session.

It's possible your SW environment overall is having issues if you see this error.

It could alternatively just be a connection failure using the credential supplied to that monitor.
