URGENT Service SWJobSchedulerSvc was not found on computer

Hi All,

I am in the middle of upgrading from NPM 9.1 - 9.5

All has gone well until I came to install the 9.5 additional poller.

After install and licensing and at the end of the configuration it fails with

Service SWJobSchedulerSvc was not found on computer

Sure enough the service does not exist.

I have unsinstalled and re-installed but still I get the same error.

Please advise

Installed Full 9.5 NPM then configured and then uninstalled.

Job scheduler remained :-)

Re-installed NPM 9.5 poller and all ok now,
