NPM application performance monitor not reporting

Hi,

I'm new at this so here it goes. We are running NPM 8.0 and everything is working, except one thing, APM. couple weeks ago I was doing updates on my server and there was an update for the SQL (currently using Express), that update somehow bombed out. now all of the sudden APM is not working correctly. even as my applications are posted on the event page of the website as "application stopped", they do not show in the advance alert under system manager. I checked the AlertLog table and the last entry is from when the update occured. no new entries are being created. I did uninstall SQL and reinstalled again, did the configuration wizard, etc but not working. Something strange i noticed was that when I reinstalled SQL without removing the previous installation while keeping the SQLSOLAR instance, the APM actually worked, once i rebotted the server it went back and stopped working. Does anybody has any idea what is the problem with this. I tried many different things but none seems to work. The only thing i haven't done is remove Solarwinds and reinstalled again which i never done it. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

If you are out of maintenance you can call customer service to get a license reset.

Hi Antinio

This is some very old software. Are you under maintenamce? If you are we can help you get upgraded and get this issue fixed. The versions you have now a past the support cut off.

Thanks for the replay but, I'm not under maintenance anymore. Which brings another question. If i end up uninstalling the whole NPM including SQLExpress to reinstall it in the same machine. Do i need to redo the licensing part? If that does not fix the problem can i go back to my old machine configuration even as that license was disabled?
