We have SAM monitoring around 2500 servers many of which are Citrix servers.
We have enabled the Server Reboot Alert.
We reboot all Citrix servers (Citrix recommendation) at different times throughout the night and some during the day being a 24/7/365 operation.
Our Teams are receiving way too many Server Reboot Alert emails and I need to eliminate these.
I would like to know the steps to take to configure our Reboot Alert so that if the server Does Not come back up after 3 or 4 mins then the alert is triggered.
