How do I modify X-Axis of chart

I made a custom chart to show min/max average response time from 8am to 3 pm. It came out fine except that the X-axis shows 9:15am, 10:30am, 11:45am etc - 1 hour 15 minute intervals. How do I get the chart to show 1:hour intervals as in 8am, 9am, 10am, etc? Thanks

Also my chart has horizontal lines but no vertical lines - how do I get these?
